I?ve got to brag on these guys for a second? my wife scheduled to be pick up 12 pizzas? $80 something dollars? and I... walked in right when they said they would be ready, was greeted with a smile? AND THEY HAD THEM READY!!! What a blessing. I knowthat may not sound like a lot, but when you?re throwing a birthday party & a piece like this falls perfectly into place? youcelebrate! I keep trying to give this place chances since it?s closest to me, but I?m done after today. Every time I order I have to wait... an extra hour for my stuff. Someone needs to whip this place into shape. Here I am half n hour past my pick up time and haven?teven been spoken to about my order after standing here, pizza portal is empty. Don?t accept new orders if y?all are so busy.Doesn?t matter what time of day you come either, this little Caesars is trash. Read more
This location makes good pizza but they NEVER have hot and ready pizzas and if you order online, don't plan on your order being... ready on time. Tried to give it another chance and went in for a hot an ready and was told it would be at least 25 minutes.Ordered from another place and had it made and done sooner for pick up. The ownership/management has really let this place godownhill. The whole point is FAST PIZZA. Read more
We have never had a bad pizza at the helotes location. ! Staff is very nice and place is clean they still wear masks too in the... front and back. Pizza bread and 2 liter for 10 dollars and it was nice and hot when we got home as you can see the pizza neverlasts when we get home !!! I've been to some dirty little Caesars but this one is clean and friendly! This is one we like tovisit ! Price is super affordable and pizza is yummy and fresh everytime we get it !!! Eric was rude and they pizza was awful. I ordered my pizza at around 5:45. I got there 3 or 4 minutes later to ask if he could... add crazy crust to my pizzas. I was supposed to pick it up at 6:18. He said ok so I paid the extra amount.(I paid online). Hethen proceeded to tell me my order was going to be 15 minutes AFTER my original time off 6:18. I asked if he already made mypizzas and he said no so I asked him why it was going to take an additional 15 minutes for an order he hadn't even prepared. Heanswered..the labor. I was like are you serious???? It literally would take less than 30 seconds to put the butter and garliccrazy crust on my 4 pizzas... So I waited... I went over to the dollar store came back 10 minutes over the time he said it wouldbe ready... I waited for a couple minutes and asked where my order was... He went to the back and I watched him make a pizza...It turned out to be my sausage pizza. I asked him if he just put in my pizza and he said yes that I'd have to wait ANOTHER 8minutes... I was floored. He rudely said, you can wait or I can refund your order...twice he said that.... Another 2 customerssaid he was rude to them as well... My original review was taken down. This location used to be good, but last I went, it took 45 minutes to get a hot and ready,... they should rename the service "eventually be ready". There were other customers that had order online about an hour in advanceand when they got there, they didn't even start on their pizzas. Consequently they were upset, and the staff don't care and wererude. The staff even made jokes about them to me when they left looking for my approval... unbelievable, just proves themanagement here doesn't care. I'll take my business elsewhere. Read more
Omg!!! Just had the best pizza ever. I was amazed on how gorgeous this pizza looked.. Not only was it beautiful but it was very... delicious. It was made to perfection. I was greeted at the door by a gentleman named Eric. He was very polite and professional.I explained exactly how I wanted it made and he was able to execute. I will definitely be returning tomorrow. Ordered online to pick up order at store. I was waiting for almost an hour for the email and app to indicate the order was... ready. I was parked at the front of little ceasers and it seemed very busy and people were waiting for their order. I got tiredof waiting so I went into Little Ceasers and no one was at the front even though there were people waiting. Until someone camein and yelled we needed help. The guy came over and when I asked if my order was ready he immediately gave me my order. I nevergot an email or alert on the app. When I asked him about it, the guy was so rude he just shoved my order to me with noexplanation. He didn't even apologize. So, I just walked out. On my way home the app changed that the order was ready 5 minuteslater it showed it was closed. I felt the workers there was just delaying my order since they were super busy and even though myorder was ready they just didn't want another person come in yet because it was so busy. I ended calling and for 20 minutes thephone was busy and not able to speak to a manager. It was 20 minutes later I got through and spoke to a manager who eventuallylistened to my issue and said it was an app issue. I just didn't feel like it was. My order wasn't even fresh. I'll think twiceof using the app or coming to this store. The front store worker could have apologize and handled everything differently. Theyneed better training on how to treat customers. Read more
