Very disappointed! The restaurant is not busy so not sure why the service is extremely slow. 15 minutes to get seated, our... waiter was very nice and felt sorry for her because she was serving the whole section by herself. Tenderloin steak was terrible,smells and taste bad. Ribeye was ok but tasted dry for medium well!! Trust me this place doesn’t deserve even a star but I amrating 2 just for the waiter! Celebrating my 2nd listing selling we celebrated with my family. ???? Our server was excellent, we love the bread. Those cheese... fries through me for a loop in the best way, they were SO GOOD ???? Always a great and dependable Go To spot. Brussel sprouts were very flavorful and I hate brussel sprouts. Delicious and tender... steak and fish. Bartender was a little slow when they weren't busy at all. But patience is a necessity nowadays woth the staffshortage. Wait staff was friendly and professional. Still tasty after all these years. My wife and I visited Saltgrass Steak House on Bandera tonight. Great idea because the food was on point, customers service, and... the atmosphere for a Monday was awesome. Food was prepared to perfection. I had the Blacken Redfish with shrimp and crawfish.The Redfish was cooked to perfection moist and seasoned well. My wife had a sirloin steak with fried asparagus. The steak wascharred great which gave a great season taste and cooked to a tender medium well. Overall experience was great. If you havenever been to Saltgrass Steak House, put it on your must visit list. Also they will be open on Thanksgiving and servinghomestyle Thanksgiving meals. Can’t wait! Read more
Went for lunch. Had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and my taste tester had the steak with green beans. Tasted real... good. Had some sweet potato fries as well. Waitress was a little slow because they were training but overall was a goodexperience. Read more
