Seven of us came in for a birthday, very slow service, it was early Friday but service still slower than usual. My ribeye was... ordered medium, it came out well done. No one was happy with the food, not real hot either. The birthdsy man got a dip ofvanilla ice cream, not on the house, while 2 servers sang happy birthday. Won't be going back anytime soon. Just want say Ty to my waitress and Manager making my first time visit a good experience. After complained my food being cold .... Both manager and waitress took time listen and understand how important their customers are to them ! Not asking for anythingmanager took care me with discount and made my kiddos happy with desert ! Poor service. Only 2 people working the front. Dinning area not open at 2:45 everyone being told to just sit on bar side.... Extremely dirty floors, tables and window area not cleaned very well, and card reader on table full of dust and other unknownsticky substances. Food quality very sub par. 9-11-22 pretty consistent visits now the three for 11 meals are pretty good and a good value. There will be some wait time for... pickup expect 20 minutes or so but they seem to be sort staff and working really hard. The burger was really good as well as thenew chicken tender type sandwich along with the fries and sides definitely will continue to come back. Be careful with theupsells they're not mentioned as an upsell until it comes time to pay 2-22-20 Got the fajita's and the they're great for$12 2-15-2020 Update...The wait time is no joke during the weekends. Service is tough during that time also. Make sure to get ontheir email list to get some free chips and salsa. 12-14-19 Update.... Another great visit; again the staff is awesome andaccommodating. Refills are on point and fixes to any issues are quick even during busy times. Glad the management/owner give themembers the authority to make necessary adjustments. Food is good and the 3 for 10 is a good deal. Try the mango tea; it's goodand burger was not just a frozen patty. Update as of 4-2019...Our server was excellent, plenty of refills and add-ons for ourtable and this was peak dinner time during a Tuesday evening. Chips and salsa were nice; being they were warm; cause who doesn'tprefer warm chips. The burger was of better quality than their competition that does the bottomless fry thing (think similar toblue bird). Speaking of fries, these were well seasoned. I haven?t been to chili?s in months but it is now super run down. The bar stools had hand prints and were dusty and dirty. The... entrance to the to go walkway from the bar had dirty hand prints. The bathrooms were trashed. The tablets on the tables weredisgusting, it was grimy and you can see food on it. The bathroom doors were dusty and dirty. The toilets were full of urine andeverything was just gross. Unsanitary all around. We stayed and the cheese quesadillas kid sized were over cooked. Thewaitresses totally get they are over worked but took awhile to get drinks. We will not be retuning until this place gets cleanedup and if not we will just head to Beaumont or another place.
