The pizza is really good. I'll bb just for that. Kinda pricey and long wait, but definitely good. Update: went again Nov 4th... person put my pizza on water soaked tray then tried to tell me it's butter until I showed her my pizza was soaked in water shebegrudgingly said she'd make me a new pizza so happy to wait another 30min. Excellent food. Better than average service because sometimes it's slow because of the high volume of visitors. A+ because... Chuckie comes out to mingle and entertain the children. He also sings and dances to entertain all. A fun environment for all! Read more
I took my kids to Chucky Cheese yesterday. We got a pretty good deal with 2 large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza's, 4 drinks ,a... chocolate cake (13×10 ),salad and each of my kids got 60 play points each (3 kids) well 1 is a man now but always my babylol.All for $127 !I have paid close to $200 at one time so I think it was pretty good.The place was clean and not crowded.Thegames have been updated since last time we visited which are much more fun to play.Chucky Cheese did come out to greet the kidswhich is aways cool! The pizza is a bit on the thin side but we love it.There is plenty of parking. The gifts are on the priceyside if your purchasing with all cash. went here for my daughters birthday and it was a total fail she was so upset chucky never came out ruined her whole... experience. The manager was the only Worker she said and she had no workers i guess . also very unsanitary pizza being leftafter cooked out on shelfs and manager not washing hands has dirty hands and makes food and uses cashier without washing hands .very dirty and bad experience for all of us big disappointment dont waste ur time Read more
It's a bit pricey but it's worth it to see the kids smile they had so much fun I spent $200 , I haven't been to chuck E. Chees... in a while, I enjoyed the all the upgrades thats why I gave the 4 stars. The manager should've let us know that they was gonnaclose the salad bar down early before closing. I understand that the want to get out on time but have the decency to see ifanyone wants something before putting it up. Was only to families in the whole establishment. When it was all finished I turnedin my points and wanted to buy some prizes they told me that the registers were closed already. While You still had customers inthe building. I never leave a bad review but you made my kids cry and they wanted it real bad I had to explain to them theyalready closed the registers so I couldn't buy them it , I wouldve bought if I could That's the reason I took a star away. I'msorry to Inform but I will not be returning to this location. ???? but don't take my word for it go and check it out it's areally nice upgrade in the games not to much in the food but it was ok , it really was for my kids it was a day for them. Love this location. Always clean and staff is friendly and helpful. They have a big selection of games for small and older... children. If you purchase a resuable cup for a child it comes with free refills for all locations. Been living in hemet for over13 years and have brought all my kids here for the last 12 years. There was no organization. No one checking people in or out. Service was not up to par. The place seemed very deserted. No live... interaction I felt it could have been a lot better. Definitely will not return. Read more
