I ordered online at 12:13. They said my pizza would be ready at 12:31. Went there at 12:40. Was told another 10-15 minutes.... Waited until 1:10 and asked about my order. They were just starting it. Are you freaking kidding me ?!?!? I asked for my moneyback and he gave me a receipt and was very very rude !! I mean come on people don?t give an estimate time if you know the orderwon?t be done. Disappointed my tracker said 8:03pm-8:13pm My order was placed at 7:33 and was in prep until8:20. I went in there to go ask them... why the wait and I wasn?t even greeted by the 15 associates they had in there, made eye contact with almost every singleassociate and still nothing. I noticed they had a tv screen with orders but my name wasn?t one of them. I stood there for about5 minutes until I was acknowledged and for them to tell me 10 more minutes. I get it you guys are busy then update the time inreal time so we can decide if we want to wait an hour for 3 pizzas or go somewhere else. Why have me sitting here waiting forover 30 minutes when you could have easily said an hour wait. I hardly ever order pizza the day I?m actually down for it I had abad experience. 8-7-2022 Placed the order online; get one of those website coupons to save some money; got 2 mediums for $7 each; scheduled for... pickup an hour later to try and avoid ordering snaff-oo's but I arrived to soon and had to wait anyhow. Plenty of staff forprep and delivery onsite; looking busy doing stuff on a Sunday around 4:45pm. After the pizza was prepped and cooked while Iwaited in the lobby; paid and tipped my cashier and got on my way. The pizza tasted decent and hit that salty spot I waslooking for; 3-15-2020 Order online is quick. Notifications you get that your pizza is "in oven, ready, etc." is a completelie.. Here's a tip, once you place your order give it at least 20 minutes before you show even if it says it's ready online...ifnot you'll be stuck there waiting for them to start to make and bake your pizza when you arrive. Also make sure to check theingredients on your stuff as my order was wrong but I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for another one. I get your busyespecially with the coronavirus happening but Domino's needs to work on their technology and stop telling your staff to telleveryone it's in the oven when its not. Ordered the handmade pan and there?s was no cheese or toppings on the entire outer crust about 2 inches, completely opposite of... what the box said, lol! First time I?ve ever seen that in my life. Looked as if they were being stingy with the toppings.Franchisee needs to do better here after reading the other reviews. Read more
I ordered today Dec 22nd, 2021 @6:33pm. Picked up around 7pm. I specifically asked for no bacon in my cheesy bread cause i don't... eat pork whatsoever. Also i asked for hot buffalo boneless wings and was served plain wings with 2 sides of buffalo sauce. Theonly thing even right was the pizza. ???? ???? I have had multiple issues with this restaurant. This was the worst one yet. Huge bubbles in the crust, and it was so overcooked... the pepperoni and crust were as brittle as potato chips. Another one had a lot of bubbles, and sunk in places. The last one hadthe same issue, but thankfully it wasn?t as burned as the first one. Read more
