Lady didn?t take off drink prices off then charges us for the substitute drinks that were 6oz and 11oz. At no point did sue say... it would be an additional cost. So pretty sure I paid for 4 drinks only to get less than 20 oz of drinks. A substitute doesn?tget charged I?ve worked a basic job before where we give substitutes. Your product is out that is included in a meal, therefore?you get it it?s simple. I wouldn't suggest delivery unless you want cold food and a bugerless burger. 32$ paid and I get a burger that consists of... cheese, tomatoes and undercooked bacon only. The rude manager wouldn't replace my food. She didn't cook it it's not her fault,she says. Read more
I usually love the sourdough chicken sandwich that I purchase from the Sanderson/Esplanade location but I went to the W Florida... location and this what I got. It was dry and falling apart, no flavor, Super small piece of chicken. As you can see I got asmall dab of spread and the bun was torn. I am really disappointed! I work very hard for my $ and food is way over priced as isso to receive this was not acceptable. Would you serve this to yourself? When I am at work, this is my local Jack. Good service and the dining room is always clean. I haven't used the restroom, but I... am gonna guess that they are well kept since the dining room looks very clean. The A/C inside feels great too especially withsummer being just around the bend. Of course, what is there to say about the food, EXCELLENT! Jack in the Box is great for anyfoodie call at any time of the day or night. Read more
