Every time I order chicken strips (my preference) I get pieces of chicken the size of a very thin wafer, or they're too thick &... not throughly cooked! I want a 3 piece but I order the 5 piece in hopes of finding 3 edible pieces. The biscuit isn't fresh &warm, it's cold & hard. Read more
When I pulled into the drive through there was a total of 6 cars in front of me. It took more than 40 minutes to get my food.... They did not have enough Mac & cheese to complete my order so I cancelled a large M&C because I was not paying $6.99 for frys. Ijust got home to discover my 5 piece 2 can dine meal is 4 wings and 1 thigh. I have put up with slow service and order mistakesin the past because I really like the food but this is the last straw. Short staffed so I had to wait at the register for over 10 minutes to order. The staff was working hard but they had lots of big... orders to fill. Once some of the crew came back from break things got better quickly. The food was great and the price seemsreasonable. Read more
I love their classic chicken sandwich, which I think might be reheated, I also ordered mac and cheese for my daughter and I... ended up telling her not to eat it, it looked very unpleasant, it looked microwaved and it did not look appealing whatsoever. Ido not think I will be back at Popeyes, you could tell their microwaving all their food.???? their voice ordering box in theDrive-Thru when you're speaking to get your order their glass is broken it's completely shattered it's been like that for monthsand also they need to power wash or power spray their drive-thru in that backside it smells like homeless people and fecalmatter/ urine. Took forever to order; then they were out of tenders, so had to order something else. Decided on a chicken sandwich. They... asked me if I wanted classic or spicy. I ordered classic and got a spicy sandwich so hot I could hardly eat it. It wassupposed to come with hush puppies. Guess what? No hush puppies! Never again. Read more
Felt like a joke coming here. It took I don?t know how many people to figure out if there was enough chicken for chicken tenders... or not. I ordered chicken tenders, a kids meal, and two sides, with a regular drink. The chicken tenders were mostlybreadcrumbing and no chicken at all and it tasted like it was sitting there half of the day. The kids meal was missing theapplesauce and toy, and I never received my extra side I ordered or my beverage either. Location is in a great spot with lots oftraffic customer service was nice, but they really got to get a handle on everything else. Read more
The absolute worst popeyes ive ever been to. ordered delivery and HALF of my order was missing completely. Then the mashed... potato?s they did give me barly filled the bottom for the container. They only had blackened chicken sandwiches, not the standard we wanted,and took a rather long time to fill our chicken sandwich... combo w/BOGO sandwich orders. They were cold upon arrival, mashed potatoes seemed watered down and tasteless and fries wereokay. Maybe it was just the Thanksgiving holiday weekend -- things have been better on past visits.
