Placed my order online, picked it up and when I got home they had messed up 2 of the sandwiches. One of them was for my 10 yr... old son and he was very upset.I called to speak to someone and he said bring them back so we can fix them, I said if I go back Ijust want a refund, not for them to be remade, so he put me on hold for over 15 min so I gave up and just hung up. Great place to eat. Right now as of 10/31/20 their is no inside eating. Get it and go or delivery through a service. Took a... while to get the sandwiches but that was only cause they had one kid working. The guy working the counter was great, and triedto get everyone out as fast as possible, and also providing great service. NO RESTROOM available at the moment either due to thepandemic, I'm assuming. So Tonight we ordered online. I got a steak and Cheese. They gave it to me to eat ice cold. They didn't put my request on... properly. I couldn't do anything about it because I was on my way out of town this is why we ordered on the go. Not to mentionwe called 3 times to make sure that location was open. Finally someone picked up.
