Their Hemet location's March 2020 grand opening was successful, although quickly followed by take-out only due to Public Health... mandates due to COVID19. This location has a nice patio and is now open for indoor/outdoor dining, but we've stuck with take-outwhile the global pandemic continues. As a vegetarian, and since 2018 at their UC Riverside location, when The Habit has had aspecial on their Charburger, I've always appreciated being able to take advantage of the special and just upgrade to the veggiepatty. Although I am not fond of their veggie burger, I was grateful for a vegetarian option. In 2021 I was thrilled when theirImpossible Bistro and Original Impossible burgers arrived! I learned this year 2022 they no longer have the Bistro, but I am sohappy they've retained the Original Impossible! ???? I usually order with cheese, (no onions or pickles) and recently addedavocado, although it blended in so well it didn't add much benefit. However, I had to update my review again, as we tried itwith avo and without cheese and the avo was much more noticeable. This will be our new go-to, but I highly recommend trying theImpossible either way! ???? Their Limited-Edition Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts are worth trying when they have them. Theywere a nice size for hubs & I to share. I've also uploaded to this location, my typical Habit of their colorful garden salad,without onions + added avo, and a side of tempura green beans (I try to remember to request No salt), always with ranch ???? Afriend of mine who enjoyed the Original Habit when she was at UC Santa Barbara, let me in on a secret menu item - grilledcheese! Best enjoyed with added avo & tomato! ???? The Habit in Hemet always has great customer service. The tables are usually clean, the atmosphere is nice, the prices are... reasonable, there is a soft drink and lemonade refill station available. Ask for the code to use the restroom. The SantaBarbara char and sweet potato fries are amazing! Read more
No other place can get you a great-tasting burger as fast as The Habit does. From the bun to the condiments to the Asian Tuna,... everything is always amazing, every single time. They have rarely gotten my order wrong, and the line always moves fast. Also,the shakes are to die for. You can taste immediately that they are real, and they are quite possibly the thickest shakes I'veever had the privilege of enjoying. Also, I am very picky with french fries, and I love Habit fries. They are so crispy andflavorful that I often eat them without ketchup, aided only by a drink to help balance the dryness in my mouth the seasoningprovokes. Grand opening???? was a learning process for them for new employees. The line was out the door and one cash register. I think it... should of been more organized plenty of works making food and over kill in manager wear different uniforms. ??Over all, besidesthat, the food was very good and worth the unnecessary line in thier error.
