Lost a 30+ year customer plus other customers related. I arrived right as they closed. Realizing I would not be able to make a... purchase, I tried getting the attention of the employees plus owner to ask a question. They deliberately continued to ignoreme. The level of friendliness and customer service has definitely changed. Every time I'm in town I make several visits tothis location because it was a childhood favorite. This Carvel is one of oldest and the best around for ice cream.
My experience at Carvel's was a positive one .The young lady that served me was professional and pleasant. The ice cream was... fresh and tasty as ALWAYS! However, I was disappointed that the Egg nog flavored ice cream wont be out until next month. Read more
Hate this place now! I bought a whole milk shake 7 dollars I dropped it by accident because my cousin bumped into me. I go back... to the store ask for a refund or another shake and they said I had to pay the whole thing again. Ugh! I?m so mad and sad 7dollars down the drain Read more
I come here ALL the time. They rotate a lot on staff but they're mostly friendly, and the two older people that are always there... are really sweet. Ice cream tastes so amazing and they have non-dairy products. Everything is refreshing and the wait time isn'ttoo bad during the week. Read more

This is not my best location for ice cream. I've visited here twice, unfortunately customer service sucks. The people who work... there always seem to have an attitude and absolutely hate their job. Not very helpful if you have questions. The place alsoneeds to be upgraded, more lighting and better presentation. I gave them a 2 star because they do have several choices of icecream to choose from and there's parking, which is convenient. Read more
