This is the worst dunkin doughnuts to EVER visit. Half of the time the store is never open to get service. I drive all the way... here just to pull into the drive thru and the person says something that I couldn?t hear and then never respond back to evenallow me to order. I drive around to the window and no one is inside. This place needs to be shut down ASAP!! Read more
I visited this location on peninsula blvd today very hesitantly using the drive-through, as I do not like to use the drive... through, the service is usually not good and orders are taking wrong. This was the total opposite of my experience at this store the service was excellent. Not only was the order taken correctly but it was reviewed at the window with me, and the ladyat the window was exceptionally pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. What a great start to my morning!! Staff are friendly, but this has to be the slowest drive through of any fast food chain I have ever been to. If you gotta go to... a Dunkin?, skip this one because of the very long wait. They serve one car every 5 mins Read more

Very nice service....the floor was sticky all over, they said they spilled a gallon jug of liquid sweetener. My issue is with... the HEALTH CODE VIOLATION I saw....inside of this box on the counter that they had apple fritters in, were about 50 or soflies...like a ton. This is the second time I've come to this location and they're closed 30 minutes early, went through the drive thru and tried to... enter but both doors were locked. The lady looked at me then went to the back to hide. Went down the block to the Greenwichlocation and they were open & busy.. you're losing money because of your lazy workers! Read more
