Ordered pizza and chickenwings for take out. After 10 mins we got the pizza but not the chicken wings the counter said they... forgot to ring it in the kitchen and that we need to wait another 10 mins. So we waited for 10 more mins. But the chicken wingsis still not coming out, we followed up again and they said there's a lot going on on your chicken wings. So many pickupdelivery went out but not our chicken wings.. i thought they are still catching the chicken somewhere. Total waste of time wouldnot order again. It is the worse pizza I ever had in my life. It is like a piece of rubber that I am chewing. TASTELESS.. I paid 18 dollars+ and... I regret it. Please make an effort to offer something better. 18 dollars is a lot of money for a pizza and I had to throw itaway. I'm am asking if all the pizza Hut locations are similar. Read more
- New clean location - Staff could use some more training in customer service - Good timeliness with food especially considering... how busy it was; advertisement there should encourage ordering ahead and/or give incentives for using app and ordering ahead tohelp the small staff - Food tasted great; I missed the crunch in my crust not sure if it's because it was the stuffed crust orbecause the pizza went in very hot then closed for the ride home, but the pizza was very delicious nonetheless Read more
The food at the recently opened Pizza Hut 760 Fulton Ave in Hempstead, NY was really good, fresh, hot & on time. Delivery person... also very nice. I will definitely order from them again. No complaints!!! Read more
Customer service it?s the worst. I never write a review but this was beyond disrespectful. I called to made an order. A pizza... with pepperoni for my dad. The employee who picked up told me there was no pepperoni which I said okay let me ask my dad whatelse does he wants. And he hung up on me. I called again and I said i was making an order for a pizza with pepperoni and theemployee said YOOO I already told you we don?t have pepperoni. How rude and disrespectful.how you just going hang up and thencall me yoo.. I didn?t say anything to him because I felt this guy was going to curse me out. So I said can I have ham insteadand he said ight and hang up on me AGAIN. Never again buying here. Read more
I haven't been to a pizza hut in years. This one opened up not to long ago couple of blocks away from me. Pretty busy spot it's... only pick up few seats to sit if you ordered on the spot. I rather use the app why wait unless you dont mind waiting. The staffwere quick and nice especially the guy running it was pretty polite.
