Although relatively new place in it town. This particular Wingstop is consistently slow. I always order a head and I still have... to wait 20 minutes when I will get there. On my last visit the app said it will be 14 to 19 minutes. I made my order at 5:14p.m. after my 20 minutes wait inside the store which negates ordering ahead I received my order at 5:49. On top of that I wantto get sweet tea out of the fountain. It wasn't sweet tea and very light. There's only one girl at the count and she seemsoverwhelmed because a lot of people are coming in. I have to waiting an incredibly long time for my food now I have to wait forthem to fix the machine. Well I guess I don't have to. I'm going to leave. Read more

It was a terrible experience, I received my food very cold. It was as if it were sitting there from a previous order and they... just gave it to me. When I told them about this politely and asked if they could remake the fries , they told me no and thatit?s my fault the food is cold. They also proceeded to tell me that I?m not entitled to a refund. The manager started to speakin another language and they employees started to laugh. Unfortunately, this made me really uncomfortable and I felt like I wasbeing discriminated against. I wouldn?t wish that on anyone. They do not offer refunds and if there is an issue with your orderthey also will not remake it or even reheat it up for you. Please be mindful of this! Read more
