me & my friends call ourselves ordering pizza at 10pm, the app said it was on the way at 10:30. the store closed at 12 & our... pizza got here at 1230. not only that.. we ordered a sprite & the driver said it wasn?t in her car & didn?t really seem to care.how unprofessional? THEN to top it off, we opened the box & our pizza was burnt, COLD, & hard as a rock. they don?t EVER gottaworry about me again. Read more
ZERO STARS!!!!!Ordered online before 6p. At 8p I called the store received apology and was told driver nearby. Finally, 10p... after 4hrs I called regarding horrible service. The rude guy claimed mgr William is too busy to speak with me and expect refund4-5 business days. I lost over 4hrs and part of my order was free earned pizza that I lost too! ZERO STARS!! Read more
Worst Domino's ever and I've lived all over the country. Pasta burnt, pizza order messed up. Have to repeat order over an over... due to employees language barrier. If you have a employee who struggles bilingual. Have someone working with them who will helpthem. Don't surround them with indifferent employees who won't help them. It's bad for your business. Terrible service - order was placed at 11:22 am on a Friday . We did not get the pizza delivered until 2 hours later . They... should keep in mind people get only 30 min lunch . We ordered an hour ahead to avoid any delays , did not helped . Will neverorder order again from this location . Read more
The sanitation in this place is disgusting I found gunk sitting on the racks that is used to place clean dishes on. The... employees here could not care less about the customer and doesn't know how to treat people in general. If I had to come hereagain I would have to be starving and have a head full of booze before ever considering this garbage. Read more
To the manager Dustin.. does this look like a philly cheesesteak pizza to you? Not only is this not a Philly cheesesteak pizza... the pizza is burnt! Since you want to ignore my calls here?s your call out!!! Learn your job or step out. This location has hasrude customer service and when you call nicely the first time they tell you this is what you get? then when you call back theyignore your calls..
