I wouldn?t go back to this Jack. Sorry to Hempstead for this being the only Jack in the box to go to. Whoever the lady is at the... window is rude and has an attitude problem with customers all the time. No one forced her to work at that job so I?m notunderstanding why so much frustration is being taken out on the customers. When I?m getting my order together the lady on themic just keeps rushing me as if I was done with my order, she has no patience as a grown adult. There are times I?ve orderedhere and got the wrong order or missing parts of my order and then they have an attitude when you tell them your order isincomplete. The employee also takes it upon herself to substitute your drink for something else if that option isn?t availablewithout even asking or caring if that?s what you actually want. Worst Jack experience in my life. The lady that was taking orders was extremely rude and rushing me. I couldn?t get her name... because I was so speechless by the way she was talking to me, I wondered if she talked to other customers the same way, Iwouldn?t be surprised if she spit on my food. I live in the area and have been going to this Jack in the Box for over 6 years. Tonight I went to this location, at... approximately 1040 p.m. to order food. It took half an hour to get through the drive through. After I got home, I had twoseparate meals missing from my order. I drove back to the store arriving back at 1150 p.m. It took 20 minutes to talk to eitherof the two employees inside of the store. I requested my food, and then sat and waited for 35 minutes for the food to be remade.During this time other customers were driving through and honking. And throwing food at the drive through window because it wasordered wrong. And one person tried to break into the window because he was angry with staff, resulting in the police showingup. I did finally receive my order 5 minutes before they closed, but I will not be going back. I'm certain the dozen othercustomers in line won't either. Read more
Food was good but,I don't understand the comments about fast drive thru. We had a ridiculously long wait. The employee at the... window was very nice. But I do get concerned about the long artificial nails. I mean I am from a medical background. Can't helpbut wonder about the sanitary issue around food. Read more
I placed an order with the app and went to pick it up. When I got to the order screen I was informed that my order could not be... filled at this location. I went to the window and the order taker, Destiny, explained that their computer wasn't able to receivethe app orders. She explained that the manager was on the way from Houston and wouldn't arrive for another 10 to 15 minutes andthen they could fill my order. I told her I would wait I parked at the entrance to wait. She came right out and took a pictureof my order and said they could complete most of it. She came out later and had my entire order! I have to say, Destiny took herjob seriously and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. So if you're 6thru the drive thru and she takes yourorder, be nice and say hi to her. Came through the drive thru and the girl taking our order was rude and cutting us off trying to order. We didn?t get to finish... ordering and pulled up to the window and she wouldn?t allow us to finish ordering or add anything to our order. She was rude andthe Manager on duty wasn?t nice either she threw us our food with no apology or bedside manner at all. Poor customer service.Only giving one star because it?s required. They were also unapologetic for items they didn?t have supposedly. It?s sad becauseHempstead is a small town and few places to eat. I love Jack In the Box but don?t stop here. This was a quick stop on the way to Houston. We went on to use the restroom and get quick bite. After we had made it in one of... the workers said that the lobby was closed so we finished using the restroom and went through the drive thru for good. Theemployee was very nice when letting us know that the lobby was closed. And I just ordered the usual 2 tacos and they are a goodas you expect them to be. Read more
