They did not give me a receipt or all of my food. When I asked for my fries, the guy disappeared for about 5 minutes. Came... back and asked for my receipt. I told him I did not get it and as he was going to leave the window again, I handed him the bagand tea and told him to issue a refund. His look of bewilderment told me I was going to be waiting another 10 minutes so Ileft. All in all 30 minutes wasted and still hungry. I have been trying to call for 3 days now and all I get is a busy signal.The burgers were not properly wrapped and I believe the car in front of me rejected that bag. I emailed corporate complaintsand they responded with an apology and said they would have the store owner contact me. I have not received a call, email ortext. I still cannot reach the store. Been coming here for the past couple of years, mostly to get breakfast and coffee. The morning shift employees are quite... efficient, though the coffee rarely tastes the same and they've forgotten my hashbrown more than a few times, they are so niceand personable, I don't bring acknowledgement to it. The afternoon/ evening shift is a whole other story... I'm guessing that'swhen the younger folks are able to work. They are rude, the orders are very slow and the food is usually cold. Had another badexperience this afternoon, so I'll just go to Sonic to get drinks and fries on the way home, but kudos to the morning shift. Read more

I normally go here and customer service is great, but this time I went during lunch rush hour and they were very rude. I got my... order after waiting for about 5 minutes and pulled up a little. I immediately noticed my order was wrong. I yelled back becauseI was no longer close to the window. She told me I would have to come in. I asked could they just bring it to the waiting areaand she rudely stated well it'll take a while and rolled her eyes. Lobby closes at 7 pm every day. Disappointing for those who don't like to use the drive thru.
