I wish I had the option not to give this location in Hempstead a star!!! Customer service sucks!! I called today to order a... pizza to be delivered, I was told I could get free delivery with a minimum purchase of 11.00 but instead I was charged 34.00 forONE pizza, with that amount being broken up into 3 different charges on my debit card. When I called to get an explanation noone answered the phone. I then received a call back from a man claiming to be Joshua, so I asked for Bubba the manager. Inreturn he then tells me that he is Bubba and the delivery driver was Joshua!!! He then proceeds to be disrespectful to me andhostile telling me not to ever call that location again let alone set foot into the store. I said I was filing a complaint withcorporate which in returned he laughed and said go ahead it's just going to come right back to me. This location is horrible!!Just unprofessional in every aspect possible. I?m very frustrated with this location. We come in, and the kitchen worker tells us he can start our order bc they front desk... lady was up there yet. Then the lady comes and says that they are out of pizza. But the kitchen worker said they had pizza andwould make our order. Also the lady lied and said they closed at 11 when it?s clearly printed on the door that they close atmidnight. This is very frustrating and inconvenient. Read more
The pizza was literally uncooked. Nothing was cooked all the way, and it was disgusting. The pizzas and the wings were... undercooked and there was no sauce along the pizzas. Read more
Food has always been good, but i just went and picked up my pizzas probably for the last time here. Have always loved pizza hut, but here is why. Been coming here since 2000. If there's ever mistake, management will take care of... it. Usually don't dine in but the few times were alright. Not the best but always the best pizza. Wish they'd bring back pzones(calzones). Pizza is my favorite food. And pizza hut is my favorite pizza restuarant. Read more
The Pizza Hut in Hemstead was OK. The one at home is too greasy and I'm glad the one for 1 star is closed at home here in... Brenham. My brother and I ordered Pizza at home in Brenham and I'm glad my money wasn't taken and a guy told me no one showed upand I was understandable on that. Other than that 5 star for Pizza Hut in Hemstead pretty much ok. Read more
