I?m not sure exactly what the issue is with this location, but over the past few months the service has really went down hill... lately. My last two orders will probably be the last for a while. On 10/21/22 I stopped in for some of the new chicken nuggets.I was excited because I had some at the Scottsboro location the previous week and they were really good! The nuggets were juicyand tender, the ones at the Henagar location not so much. Instead it looks like I received the hard end pieces off the chickenfingers. Out of all this ?chicken? I found one piece of chicken that was in any shape resembling a nugget. Not sure why I wasgiven this and I should have checked it before I left. On 10/31/22 around 6:30 AM I stopped in for a biscuit, it wasn?t busyand there was only one car heard of me. I say that because if you?ve been through Henagar in the mornings you?ve seen the drivethru line wrapped around the building. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo. Again I should have checked my orderbefore I left but I received a sausage biscuit and nearly burnt, hard hash rounds. I don?t know if the local wildlife enjoyedthose hash rounds but I sure didn?t. What an annoying dine-in experience. Almost all staff were yelling at each other and arguing while we tried to eat our supper.... The young lady that took our order did a good job but then chased my son out the door to ask for his snap?for her male coworker???????????. I will add that there was a lady in the drive-thru waiting for her order (which looked like one box) the entiretime we were eating, meanwhile all staff were yelling about milkshakes and big breast chicken. ??????????????????????. I am sadthat there is no longer a standard of professionalism, nor respect, for customers at the Henagar Jacks. I miss the old managerand the tight ship she ran! Read more
This particular Jack's restaurant, is right on when it comes to service. You usually do not have to wait, very long. The only... reason to get us three star , not very clean. Very seldom, is someone policing the tables. Read more
Service is not good at all. Just went thru drive thru ordered gravy and biscuit with oder of sausage, bac egg and cheese bis,... chicken bis and 2 ham bis. Did not get the sausage order with the plate (no, wasn't charged, but that's not the point). 1 of hambiscuits Did Not Have ANY HAM on it and all the biscuits looked like after being put in bag were SMASHED. This location has gone down hill since the management change. I ordered the Southern BBQ Burger and what I was given didn't even... slightly resemble the picture on the menu. Also they a very skimpy on the Fry Seasoning. Read more
Stopped at Jacks on the way out of town last week, grabbed two cheeseburgers to go. I was in Ider before I tried one. The whole... sandwich was cold, it was like it was assembled straight from the fridge. Ended up throwing them both away, cold burgers not tomy taste. Be awhile before I go back there. Read more
