Egg McMuffin very good, coffee hot and good. Hash browns ok, not as crispy as I like. Service excellent.
Their frappe machine conveniently ?breaks? each night after 6 pm. It?s incredibly obvious they just say that to avoid making... them. My order is hardly ever right and 9/10 times they forget the fries. ??????????? The staff is rarely friendly either. Can?teven muster up a hello. They toss your food out the window and slam it shut to avoid you asking for anything. The sauces areNEVER in the bag. I?ve not once got them when I asked. Worst McDonald?s around here honestly. Apparently they still haven't learned how to read. I didn't get my receipt, but the screen specifically showed the sauce I asked... for and they couldn't get it right. No time to go back and complain but you would assume at some point people would be able toperform such a simple task correctly. Thus is a pretty common accurance at this location. Read more
I went there to grab so dinner for my kiddos because everyday is a long day! Anyways our order was wrong and when I returned to... the location I was met with a very friendly manager named Kelsey sparkman. Not only did she remake our entire order but she alsorefunded it as well. I can?t speak for any other employees that work at the henagar location but I can honestly say that thismanager went above and beyond to satisfy my requests. Not only was she humble and kind, she made sure she had a guest that wouldreturn. Thank you so much Kelsey, at least this location got one thing right!!! Read more
While I hate writing this because this McDonald?s use to be amazing, service was good, always friendly, mostly the second window... workers, food was always hot. I?m sad to say that is no longer a thing, went through the drive thru about three times this monthand I was throughly let down, first of all, girl in front window didn?t acknowledge my existence for about 5-10 minutes, thengave me my food, and drinks, my drinks lid was half-way popped off, disappointed that people do not know how to put a lid oncorrectly. I was handed my food soon after, and I checked my bag and didn?t see the sauce I had paid for, was trying to ask theyoung girl in window if she could grab me some, window slammed in face. Just drive off, turns out I was correct, no sauce. Thenext time food was incorrect, left tomatoes on sandwich, which I?m allergic too, had to throw away and go to henagar jacks (whogot my food correct.),I thought I would give them on more shot at my business the last time I went inside, ordered and got mycup and food, left the building and didn't have my fries on the bag. Disappointing, I?ve also noticed a change in staff, some ofthe best employees are no longer there, employees who actually paid attention to their costumers and orders. Read more
This McDonald's doesn't deserve even the one star! Rude employee, they never give napkins and the drink machine must never be... cleaned because the coke was all syrup. The big mac was lacking in flavor. Which is really not very understandable, I meanreally there are directions to follow, how can this be messed up? But it was not good so I threw it away. Read more
This place doesn't even deserve a star at all. The food is never done, the ice cream machine had been down for months now. Never... friendly service on any visit I've ever had there. It would be nice if they could get the food order right at least one dangtime. Needs new management and workers cause it plain out sucks!!! Read more
