Guy ripped me off .said 99c and the guy changed me 1.34.b4 tax tell it was tax then.i asked for a receipt and it showed he over... changed me. It was not tax. He just rip me off and when I ask him again. He start talking in language to the guy next to him.Don't go to this 7-11 . Read more
Do not go here if you can possibly avoid it. They could not care less about your satisfaction. I stopped and purchased the gas,... which I regret giving them a penny of my money. After that I went to the air station which is clearly marked as a 7-Eleven Airpump. I tapped my card and it charged me, and started pumping air supposedly. After about a minute it stopped all together andhad an error response on the screen. It started again about 10 seconds later, but continue to do the same thing twice more. Bythe time I was done, my tire was six psi lower than when I began. I went inside to tell the clerk to please put an out of ordersign on the machine. He told me it was not their property it was just in their space. That is garbage considering it is clearlymarked in three different locations on the machine that it is a 7-Eleven product. I didn?t even ask for my money back, I justasked him to put a sign so no one else would get ripped off. He told me there was a number on there I could call. There is nonumber whatsoever, just 7-Eleven signs everywhere. Not only did they rip me off, they boldfaced lied to me. What a bunch ofpieces of garbage. Oh, and I tried to call the telephone number to speak to the manager and the number listed is a fax number.Avoid this place at all costs. I am reporting them to the 7-Eleven franchise number. I like the location of this store it's my stop spot for gas and a great cup of iced coffee.
We stopped in here on our way to DIA. The store clerk was picking up trash, and didn't even hesitate to pick up a cup up off the... floor and put it back in the new cup. For the next person to use. I said to him. That I wished I hadn't seen him do that...hedidn't care at all. DONT GO HERE. Read more
I live in this neighborhood and come here on a daily basis. I went to get drinks and food at 4:00 pm and they refused to sell me... a few slices of pizza, they said if I don?t wanna buy a full one they aren?t going to make it. Because apparently from 4 pm onthey can?t sell them even though I buy them all the time (single slices )after 4 pm. If your going to offer the option to buypizza slices then I should be able to buy them for my kids. It?s Thursday evening , getting close to the weekend, there was noreason to tell me I couldn?t get the food my toddlers wanted. Read more
I went to this store for gas and only had a hundred dollar bill. I had no gas to make it elsewhere and informed the cashier if... this.. he argued with me that he had no change to give me. I told him I would be stuck there till he got the change cuz I had nogas. He then proceeded to give me $60 in five dollar bills which I was fine with and then told me next time I need to take mybusiness elsewhere! This upsets me so much cuz of the fact that me and my whole family are regulars to this store and know theowners well. I have never seen this guy here before. But he needs a serious attitude adjustment or maybe a job that doesn't haveto do with customer service cuz he sucks at it. Read more
This 7-11 is so ghetto! Anybody, I mean anybody. Even the guy that runs the Mc Donald's across the street could do a better job... and that's not saying much. Out of water as usual for squeegees that are worn out. Now at least one is in the trash. Read more
