Convinced that almost everyone who works here is on some type of drugs. The lady at the second window is one of the most... disrespectful people I?ve ever met. I don?t think I?ve ever gotten my order correct there. I understand having a highexpectation for McDonald?s is a lot to ask for, but I would still like to get what I paid for. New management is needed andtheir inconsideration for their customers is insane. On the bright side however, the McDonald?s on 128th and Quebec is amazing. Read more

I went through the drive thru and the staffing was beyond average--fast, curtious and thorough. The man working the second... window made sure my order was complete and accurate as well as thatnI was happy with my order before he let me go. Apart fromthat it is a McDonald's so while this one has good employees, and appears to be more clean than average it is still just aMcDonald's so you should know exactly what to expect. Read more

I went to this location yesterday with a group of 6 friends and waited 20 minutes without an employee greeting us. We ended up... leaving without food because we didn?t know when we were going to get our order taken and we had a reservation in 45 minutes. Wewent back to the location today because it?s close to our AirBnb. Half of our party was able to order breakfast and the otherhalf?s order was frozen on the kiosk. We pressed the button to get someone to help fix the kiosk, waited 10 minutes and theytold us they would take our order at the register. We waited another 5 minutes for other people to order their breakfast and atthat point we were told they wouldn?t take our breakfast order, and they said it was lunch time. We asked him to get a managerto see if they could fix it and Ruby (wearing a pink shirt) said ?no we couldn?t? at that point we were irritated. Had they beenactively taking our orders we wouldn?t have had an issue. Yesterday they were avoiding taking our order and acting busy so thatthey can avoid having to heat up any more breakfast sandwiches. THANKFULLY there was a better manager on duty who was able tohelp us get our breakfast but the negative attitude of Ruby and the cashier ruined our breakfast experience. Also the cashierwas more worried about giving Ruby her phone charger than he was taking my order and that could have waited until after my orderwas taken. I felt no sense of being welcome here. The employees were not concerned about the customers just trying to get a paycheck. Also as I type this my friend is pouring his coffee into the sink because it doesn?t taste right. One last thing, as wewere leaving an employee intentionally misgendered my friend by calling him ?mam?. That was extremely unprofessional and as amember of the LGBTQ community I think that needs to be a discussion in your store to prevent further disrespect towardscustomers. Read more
