I have not had Papa John?s in a while so decided to mix it up and order delivery. Tonight we ordered a couple large pizzas and... garlic knots. The ETA for delivery was an hour, but on a Friday night it was expected. To our surprise the pizza was deliveredin 45 minutes. The delivery driver, Joseph, was so kind and polite. He had a excellent attitude, and ensured all of our orderwas correct before dropping it off-which was much appreciated as we ordered extra sauces. The pizza was hot and we werethoroughly impressed with the amount of toppings on the pizzas. There was definitely not a shortage with the toppings (which isvery common when ordering pizza), so we will definitely be ordering from here again soon. 11/10 recommend. Read more

Hate walking in and listening to the manager and his wife arguing first thing in the morning, to early for that. Like at least... take it out back, instead of having the office door closed. Food was ok, but the atmosphere wasn't. Read more

Ordered something simple. Large Pepperoni Pizza and 8 wings. Was ordered on the Little Caesar?s website but got a message that... Door Dash was delivering it. Driver got lost and had to text me to get my actual address because she was 2 miles away at thewrong address. When she finally arrived - COLD pizza and it was a cheese pizza - Not a pepperoni and the wings were underdone?. Called to complain and some lady answered and stated that I ordered a cheese pizza. Asked her where ai could send a copyof the receipt and she offered a free pizza. Sure then I get a free Pizza but have to pay tax, delivery fee and of course tipthe driver twice. Never?.. 50 bucks gets you 2 cold pizzas slow delivery and poor craftsman ship. Got to to love the times!!

Check your orders before leaving. This is the 2nd time I've ordered a Shaq a roni pizza with pineapple and we asked did you put... the pineapple on it when picking up the order they said yes, we got home and nope no pineapple. We weren't able to redeem thefree pizza from the first time they made it wrong because the employee didn't know how to look it up. Read more

Status update For me to come back and change a 1 star to a four could constitute not even reading any further after the space... below. Both of these Owners are hard working and are not going to get pushed around "order refunders for free food". Atleastthey were able to see my genuineness. As I had brought this order back to a job site the guys wouldn't even eat it Except formyself being the Unlucky one who is experiencing stomach issues. Don't order if you need a catered event. Spoke to the OWNER Jim two days ahead of time on Thursday and confirmed the order then... and again with Alex on the next day when she called to confirm my order saying she thought it was for Friday delivery when Itold them Saturday delivery. Ordered 8 pizzas and 50 BONELESS wings. $118, and they sent bone-in wings. Told the delivery personthe order was wrong and she said she'd let someone know. Got a call from Jim the owner, and he says the order is correct, theywon't fix it. I know what I ordered for $118 plus tip.
