I wasn't going to waste the time with this review, considering there is already plenty of negative reviews to get the point... across. Honestly, I wish they had been closed. After sitting in the drive thru for roughly 30 mins, I was told they had "nobeans left" which is odd considering that's 40% of your menu. No medium cups, whatever, just another clue to the servicestandard of this store. They would have left my drink if I didn't say anything, which once again, I wished they had because itwas absolutely garbage.The cinnamon twists were probably shot from the three point line and strewn all throughout the bag. Noneof the, "alot of hot sauce" that I asked for. But, the cherry on top and the reason I even wasted the time with this review isthis disgrace of a taco that was the last to come out of the bag... very nice Taco Bell. VEGETARIANS PLEASE BE WARE!!!!!!!!! please make sure you?re checking to see if they substituted your meal. I was halfway... through my Mexican pizza until I realized that it was beef inside of my pizza. This is a HUGE concern, as I do not eat beef andI know it?s going to make me sick. I got it for my lunch and now my lunch is over, no one answering the phone so I guess I?llhave to come in tomorrow cuz it?s ALWAYS closed by 4pm? I?m off at 7. Seriously they are never open. I see workers in there and the lobby is closed and they won?t take orders thru drive through.... They enjoy getting paid for nothing. Also they don?t open on time and will close for the day at 2-3 pm. Whoever owns this TacoBell either needs to come down and work their store or hire more people. It is amazing this place can stay afloat as it is never open. we sat and counted 75 cars go through a closed unmarked drive... through in a half hour. starting at 7 pm... that is a lot of missed business revenue. A taco truck or 2 could steal all thisbusiness if they just parkred in the lot. Read more
Have had great experience when I've passed by this location, usually when adult staff is working, however today there were... teenager and shells seemed stale or not heated properly, one taco was nearly empty like they tried to improvise a premade orleftover taco and made it supreme. Please put forth more effort, you were one of the decent fast food places in Thorton. Read more
The food is decent when you can actually get it! Their hours are constantly changing and even when they "Open at 11" they are... rarely open at that time. Basically open and close whenever they please, which sucks if you are in a hurry or on lunch break. Dobetter Taco Bell Read more
Another horrifying experience between food and incorrect orders. Why do they continues to have high schoolers run the show... there. I don't get it but when I applied for a store management position they said I was over qualified, granted that is mostlikely the case but they have to be losing customers left and right. Its a big turn off and upsetting as Taco Bell used to beone of my favorite fast food chains. Read more
Horrible taco bell would not send my worst enemy there. They really don't care about the costumers, what the ordered, or doing... anything remotely in a timely manner. There have been several times I spent my entire lunch just to get one taco and there were2 other costumers there. It is redicelous and they have a horrible!!!! Attitude. They are truly a discrace to any othertaco bell or any restraint ever! Horrible horrible horrible. I wish I could give negitave stars honestly.
