In what world can you call yourself professionals, yet fire people like a bunch of little wimps. To Dillon, the regional... manager, a word of advice: maybe you?ve never fired anyone before, I really couldn?t care less. What you don?t do is tell 16, 17year old girls that the reason you?re firing them is because ?the store trainers and people in leadership did not like them.?When you put 19 year old girls in charge of running your stores, you need to realize that they are still immature little teengirls who will bend the truth to get what they want. If you were a fair and understanding boss, you would?ve listened toeveryone in the store instead of taking one person (Lydia?s) word for it. Next time, do better, be better. Drive thru was busy so we went inside to order. Waited about 7 minutes before we were even acknowledged. After ordering we sat... and waited. Another couple ordered after us as sat down as well and after them a gentleman placed his order. Our kids orderswere made, not correctly I will add and we had to ask for straws. Still sitting and waiting the couple who ordered after usreceived one of their drinks. I noticed both of our other drinks sitting on the counter by the drive thru area. Cashier took outthe gentleman's order as he was waiting in the patio area. Then the couple received their second drink. Once that happened Iapproached the counter and one of the baristas asked what I needed. I said "our drinks" and she gave me one of them. I had totell her the other was sitting at drive thru. I asked for a straw and she said the were all out. 30 minutes we waited for 4drinks which I think is totally unacceptable. I don't see us frequenting this location anytime soon. I would rather drive alittle further to the location on 144th and I25 for better customer service. Read more
We walked in to get a cup of coffee and the staff member didn?t say anything to us, just waited for us to start our order. No... hello, good morning, nothing. The other staff members looked less than enthusiastic so this wasn?t a real big surprise. Normallywhen your order is done the staff brings it out to you, nice and personal, not today. The group before us had their pastrieshanded to them across the counter where we were paying. We sat down waiting for our order which was on the counter waiting forus to come and get after they called it out, at least half of it was ready. The other items were for the customer behind us, andshe had to ask who the drink was for because she didn?t hear the name that was called out. The staff member brought us the tworemaining drinks. It isn?t that the service is so horrible (although the lack of hello was pretty unprofessional) it?s that ifyour going to do what everybody else is doing, your customer service standards should set you apart. That?s what gives peoplethe reason to come in. There are literally 9-10 other coffee places within a 6 mile radius of this Ziggis. Coffee shops are notin short supply and poor customer service makes it easier to go somewhere else. Read more
The staff was amazing! My hot chocolate was incredible (white chocolate hot chocolate made with chocolate milk and Carmel) we... call it the sweet tooth until we can come up with a better name for it ???? I normally ALWAYS order a caramel macchiato. This is no matter where I go for coffee. The day I visited this Ziggis, I noticed... they offer a cold brew, you guys!!! I decided that I definitely needed to try this new found deliciousness! From start tofinish, my visit was outstanding! The young lady taking my order, asked for my name, was courteous and very pleasant! I LOVEDthe cold brew by the way! I will for sure be back in the very near future to have another! Not only are their drinks amazing but so is their staff. Just went through the drive-thru and the person who greeted me was... awesome and seemed happy to be their. The Carmel macchiato is always on point and they have dairy-free options as well. Read more
Great place to grab a quick coffee. The brewed coffee was good, so was the fancy coffee drink. Sweeter than Starbucks but not as... sweet as Dunkin or McD's. The service was fast and friendly. The dining room was clean and well stocked. We didn't have any foodthis day, but everything looked fresh and the display case was clean. Read more
