Parking lot was packed but that can be a good thing as it was lunch time! Quick to take my order! Quick to make my fries and... sandwich. Most people were in drive thru but plenty of seating inside. Everything was clean. I didn?t go to the bathroom so Idon?t know what that looked like but rest of area appeared tidy. It?s been a long time since I have been to this Arbys and Ifound it convenient and efficient. The indoor line was short and staff was courteous as well as proficient. I would recommendthis Arbys in hope that you would have the excellent visit that I was graced with. The meal was a double roast beef withcrinkle fries and a drink. Some of the best service I've ever had at a fast food place. The whole team were super friendly and seemed to work really well... together. The woman I assume to be the manager is definitely a good leader as she was helping everywhere she could. Even went asfar as to get me a freshly made cherry turnover. I would highly recommend them. While waiting for my food there were people walking in complaining that their order was wrong. I got my order and went home to... eat my $7 bacon cheeseburger. Might have been tasty if it had bacon. It seems that every time I go to the Arby?s on why 41 in Henderson, KY; they mess up my order. This time, I asked for 1.... Classic crispy chicken Meal PLAIN , medium curly fries and medium lemonade. For $7.69 . The Fries are cold and hard. The onlygood thing from that 1st meal was the lemonade. Opened her chicken sandwich and took a huge bite it at was rubber on one sideand the inside was colder that it should have been. . The med fries were actually full but they were COLD, OLD & HARD. Iordered a FRENCH DIP & SWISS MEAL with au jus cup and large curly fries with a lg sweet tea (fantastic sweet tea) But my curlyfries were only filled up less than half way but we?re supposed to be large. My sandwich was wrong. I opened my ?FRENCH DIP &SWISS MEAL WITH AU JUS CUP?, but I?m missing the au jus cup. The sandwich didn?t look right either. I could have paid less formore if I got roast beard and cheddar sandwiches Finally, I purchased the 2/$6 Every day Value BnC sandwiches for my fiancé.But both were cold and barely had any meat and only a dime size amount of cheese. It had been years since I last ate at Arby?s for no other reason than it being away from my normal driving route. I stopped for... a light lunch and was pleased with the ham and cheese sliders. I consumed two along with an order of two potato cakes. Perfectfor a quick lunch and very easy to eat on the go. The price for each slider was reasonable and I appreciated the convenience. Read more
