Really shocking. I've been served fries that aren't aren't throughout my life from various fast food places, but these were ice... cold. Wow. The drive-through is so mismanaged, we sat in line for 35 minutes and three cars got out of line due to the long wait. Then they... had us pull over and wait again and there were three cars ahead of us waiting on the side of the building to get their items. This is not the only time it?s happened we usually go once a week and every week people pull out of line. Seems like a managershould be there to get people to engage in doing there job. Ordered caramel drumstick blizzard. First the person at the drive through tried to hand me a banana split. While I was waiting... she stood there texting. Once she got my order to me the cups had ice cream running down the sides. She never attempted to cleanthem up so I had to clean them. As I was cleaning them I noticed a lot of chocolate which was not on the previous ones I haddays earlier. I told her they looked chocolate but she said it was just the way they were mixed. When I got home and startedeating...no caramel and overwhelming chocolate. When I called the manager had an I don't care attitude.
