Really shocking. I've been served fries that aren't aren't throughout my life from various fast food places, but these were ice... cold. Wow. I asked the girl who brought them to our table to pick one up and she said she'd go get new fries. What is wrong withppl getting a paycheck that they just don't care? Crazy. Read more
The drive-through is so mismanaged, we sat in line for 35 minutes and three cars got out of line due to the long wait. Then they... had us pull over and wait again and there were three cars ahead of us waiting on the side of the building to get their items. This is not the only time it?s happened we usually go once a week and every week people pull out of line. Seems like a managershould be there to get people to engage in doing there job. Ordered caramel drumstick blizzard. First the person at the drive through tried to hand me a banana split. While I was waiting... she stood there texting. Once she got my order to me the cups had ice cream running down the sides. She never attempted to cleanthem up so I had to clean them. As I was cleaning them I noticed a lot of chocolate which was not on the previous ones I haddays earlier. I told her they looked chocolate but she said it was just the way they were mixed. When I got home and startedeating...no caramel and overwhelming chocolate. When I called the manager had an I don't care attitude. They were running on a skeleton crew, so the wait was long. The food was correct, just not that good to me. At Henderson Dairy Queen right now and there have been 2 customers asking for their blizzards to be remade due to no toppings in... them, a lady that waited over 20 minutes for a hot fudge sundae, a couple who never got their fries for their order, their gravywas so watery it poured down their daughter like water. We are 20 minutes in waiting for chicken and 2 blizzards. The linearound the building hasn't moved. The customers have been more than tolerant of the employees. Your counters and tables are sodisgusting and sticky my son's shirt was stuck to it. Yesterday I was here and your manager that has been here forever was evenrude. Stop taking doordash orders. Yall can't handle it. They are getting prioritized over in person customers. I saw it myselfand the manager told me "they're working on it". Literally a full lot of parked cars waiting 20 minutes and no food came out.When it did my husband had cold fries. I saw the manager tell an employee to serve half melted blizzards to customers that daytoo. Tonight it was 3 kids working and the rest messing around. Keep an adult in charge on nights.
