Avoid at all cost. Went there tonight November 8,2022. 7:30 pm. Ordered $40.00 worth of food and one being a family meal. All 3... FAMILY size sauces, 1 meat sauce and 2 alfredo all 3 are ICE COLD and filled not even half full. Out of all 3 containers thesecombined would fill ONE family size saice so I was ripped off of 2 family size sauces at the cost of 10 dollars! This meal camewith 2 large round containers of noodles and out of all 3 sauces this was not enough to cover even 1 container of noodles. Thisis a joke. Do not spend your money here. Prices for what I was served are ridiculous. I have attached pictures. As you can seethe sauce containers but not the ice cold sauce inside. Also 7 pm at night they have a recording at the drive thru saying theyare closed and to come back during normal business hours. This is in hopes people drive off. I however pulled around and wentinside to see why there sign says open until 10 pm and they say there drive thru is messed up since the tome change?..3 daysago. My girlfriend and I came to fazolis on 192 N. Gardenmile road after i worked a LONG 12 hr shift, I really just wanted to get my... food and go, we ordered online so it would be ready. We get to the window some Caucasian girl had earbuds on just dancingaway, while we sit at the window, some guy at the counter and another girl who came in an I seen smoke come out her mouth likea DRAGON, They all was just doing whatever, meanwhile we sit waiting on our food, next thing u know the Caucasian girl lookedout the window and stared,then the other girl, then the guy, then they all just kinda walked away. we sit for a while stillwaiting, then decide to pull forward so I can go to the door. it was locked, so we called. they answered and we told them wehad been waiting for our food, we pulled back around to the window, those same girls was just looking, until one of the girlsFINALLY opened the window an I told her what we ordered and how, they acted like they didn't know, then walk awayagain, They came BACK and then conformed the order and said someone was making it THEN, so we waited some more, and FINALLYGot our food one girl named what we had. the Caucasian girl seemed to have a slight attitude idky, but she handed us our orderand I asked her, " do u think u could throw a few extra bread sticks in for the trouble/wait, the Caucasian girl was about tosay NO until she said well lemme go ask, she came back and said, "there's some in the bag, so I said, "alright", and she juststared us down and I drove off, we get back to our house and there was only 4 breadsticks TOTAL!! Nobody even asked us: " howmany I help you?" or ANYTHING, the customer service was TRASH and to me it makes the food bad because i believe energy goes intoyour food, I'll never go there again if those people are working. My family and I, on our long trip home mind you, decided to stop here to eat.. it was late 30 mins closing time yes, but, we... thought we'd have enough time, and when my husband said we wanted to change from dine in to dine out so they didn't waste anyplates or anything one employee complained "i cant believe he came up here as said that!" as soon as he walked to the diningroom and then he could hear the cook complaining AND (I am only guessing) the manager, so we decided we didn't trust the foodafter they just got angry about him asking. And the woman who was complaining in the back refunded us and lied to our facesaying she didn't complain. I know times are tough and I've worked in food service before and I wouldn't complain ONCE even on atough day. Maybe the many bad reviews will change their attitudes. Read more

Fazoli?s Henderson hosted a ?give back? night for our school. We had an amazing turnout. The staff did an outstanding job... keeping up with the large quantity of orders while remaining friendly and welcoming. Waited in line for 48 minutes, when I finally got home there was just a little bitty bit of sauce on my spaghetti. I called... about and they told me corporate won't let them put much on it. I had to go buy some ragu sauce for it. Never again will I pay(over) $9. for spaghetti that ain't nowhere as good as mine! Didn't want to give it even 1 star, but had to so I could comment. Read more
