Web page said it would be 59-69min for the food to be ready for carryout. Figured they were busy since it was a "football day."... Checked the tracking 30min after ordering and it showed it was ready. It's a 20min drive from my house to the store (no deliveryoption for us) so by the time I got ready then drove there it was about an hour after ordering and at least 30min after it wasreported ready. Food was obviously cold by then. No excuses and the only "comp" if you could consider it that was a satisfactionsurvey for a free food item that I don't even remember what and will probably not be used. Seems things are really goingdownhill for Papa Johns since losing the NFL contract to a cheaper competitor. Read more
I always love this place! Had to go with Domino's the other day because Papa John's website was down. They really need to work... on their ordering system whether through the website or the app. On a different note though they're always accurate and quick.Our food is delivered hot and a few times we've gone in to pick it up they've been very nice. I am ashamed of myself for taking so long to order from this fine establishment. To start the app was easy to use, the delivery... was made earlier than the estimated time and she was friendly and happy, and the food was absolutely fantastic. My son and ILOVE LOVE LOVE Pappa John's and we will be loyal customers. Accept my apology for taking so long to try you out I just hope youdon't get sick of making our orders because I hope this relationship lasts for a very long time. Thanks for a wonderful evening. A chain pizza place has one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The pepperoni stuffed crust pizza is so good! ????
I usually get good service from papa johns but this trip was horrible. Went thru the drive thru and paid for my food took 5... minutes to tell me to pull forward will be out in 5 minutes and then 13 mins later I had to go in and tell them I hate beinglied to and they forgot and had to make it. I was half way through an 8 hour drive and wanted some pizza for the road. The worst Papa pizza I ever had. Terrible. The crust... was doughy and not thoroughly cooked. The sauce tasted like they forgot to add the seasoning. The toppings were not what Iordered. The cheese seemed very light. You guys owe me a pizza if I ever pass through Henderson again. Read more
The stuffed crust is a pretty tasty option. What you have to like about papa johns is consistency. They do a good job of making... it the same every time. We do like the garlic knots or the stuffed jalapeño bread, they can be a little spicy but hey it isworth it. I have only had one issue and that was the time the app said it would be ready was around 20 minutes off. So Icircled the building 18 times. Other than that it is all good. Read more
