Not even 1 star. I?m a sub fanatic. Love Jersey Mikes, Firehouse Subs. After hearing about this penn station in Henderson I... decided to try it, BIG MISTAKE. 2 sandwiches and 2 small fries ordered. 1 sandwich was just ok says my husband and the other, adagwood toasted in the oven loaded. Worst sandwich I have ever had and paid $31.00 dollars for this disgustingness! Dagwoodturkey and provolone had solid cold cheese and the turkey was NOT quality turkey. Wasn?t no where near toasted! This meat hadpurple and red blotches all over it. Sandwich was cold and soggy, bread was hard as a rock and these ?fresh cut fries cut toorder? were not even luke warm. Took them 30 minutes to make these sandwiches and not once did they cut and fry any fries. Iwill stick with the real sandwich shops such as Jersey Mikes and firehouse and I would like a refund on half my order as it wentinto the trash after one bite. $15.00 wasted and had to drive to Evansville to get a real sandwich. The new general manager in Henderson KY, Victoria, is rude toward both customers and employees. She was argumentative with an... employee in front of customers. She is also giving out local discounts to suspect customers while denying them tofirst-responders, military, police, and firefighters. Until management behavior is addressed I, a former loyal customer, willnot return to Penn Station and will tell family and friends not to go there as well. Read more
Employees were great, sandwich was great. Fries were a little cold and they're the reason I showed up. My brother a former mcds... employee taught me to ask for unsalted fries to get them fresh then ask for salt after you get them. Maybe do that Read more
