This is completely unacceptable, non presentable and lazy work. Missing toppings and paid nearly 13.00 on this unpleasant salad.... The lettuce is discolored, I have one bacon strip and barely have any cheese. Also, you forgot my ranch. Your store is acomplete joke and waste of time and money. I recommend seeking an alternative meal !!!!! Read more

Not even 1 star. I?m a sub fanatic. Love Jersey Mikes, Firehouse Subs. After hearing about this penn station in Henderson I... decided to try it, BIG MISTAKE. 2 sandwiches and 2 small fries ordered. 1 sandwich was just ok says my husband and the other, adagwood toasted in the oven loaded. Worst sandwich I have ever had and paid $31.00 dollars for this disgustingness! Dagwoodturkey and provolone had solid cold cheese and the turkey was NOT quality turkey. Wasn?t no where near toasted! This meat hadpurple and red blotches all over it. Sandwich was cold and soggy, bread was hard as a rock and these ?fresh cut fries cut toorder? were not even luke warm. Took them 30 minutes to make these sandwiches and not once did they cut and fry any fries. Iwill stick with the real sandwich shops such as Jersey Mikes and firehouse and I would like a refund on half my order as it wentinto the trash after one bite. $15.00 wasted and had to drive to Evansville to get a real sandwich. Never again Read more

The new general manager in Henderson KY, Victoria, is rude toward both customers and employees. She was argumentative with an... employee in front of customers. She is also giving out local discounts to suspect customers while denying them tofirst-responders, military, police, and firefighters. Until management behavior is addressed I, a former loyal customer, willnot return to Penn Station and will tell family and friends not to go there as well. Read more

Employees were great, sandwich was great. Fries were a little cold and they're the reason I showed up. My brother a former mcds... employee taught me to ask for unsalted fries to get them fresh then ask for salt after you get them. Maybe do that Read more

Who does not love a sandwich, there?s a lot of places out there that do sub sandwiches and they do every variety you can think... of. Penn station is not that place, they do what they do and they do it very well. The bread there is different than any placeelse, it has a soft chewiness that really works well with the sandwiches. Sometimes it?s hard to break away from what you love. And when you go there you?re going to love the steak and cheese, you can add whatever you want to it and it?s going to just makeit that much better. Although it is hard to break away, this time we did. We went with a cold sub, that was great and also theRuben which did not disappoint. But if you?re going there for the first time two things to remember the fries are great, andplenty to share. And try the Philly cheesesteak. Read more

Great sandwich place. A bunch of cold and hot options, and three different sizes. We got two sandwiches and fries. Both... sandwiches were delicious and well-prepared. Also got fries - we asked for them to be extra crispy, and they were! The staffwere awesome. The manager welcomed us and helped us with the menu when we asked some questions. The cook brought out our foodand was very cheerful. Read more

Penn Station is my favorite sandwich shop. We stopped here on our way through town expecting the same great experience we... usually get. We left extremely disappointed. It was basically a hangout for employees and their friends. As the man took myorder he continued talking to his friend across the store and I had to repeat myself multiple times because he wasn?t listeningto me placing my order. I waited about 20 minutes then walked up to the register to hopefully pass on that I am gettingimpatient. After standing there for a few minutes they said they were going to drop fresh fries for me! After a few more minutesI asked if I could go ahead and pay as I told them I had already been there for 25 minutes. I have a lot of patience forbusinesses now a days being low on staff. But there were three employees and I was the ONLY customer there! My hope isn?t thatyou read this review and don?t visit this business but that a manager sees this review and hopefully passes knowledge down toemployees on customer service or just being respectful human beings.
