Pizza is good tonight but for the love of god please invest in a pizza cutter that actually cuts the pizza. Nothing more... irritating then having to cut through 5 pizzas for many different people. Do not have a Pizza Hut around me so finding one visiting a relative was a treat. The service was slow but I knew the pizza was... hot and ready to order. It was to be done at 2:00pm. I ordered it online but had to wait 10 minutes for it to be done. However, the original pizza crust was worth the 10 minutes in my book. Love Pizza Hut pizza. Thanks!! Read more
Well I ordered 2 of the new spicy pizzas. A ?double pepperoni? with extra cheese and a spicy Hawaiian. They were supposed to be... square cut. When they came, the pepperoni was skimpy, no extra cheese, the pizzas were greasy and congealed and cut in regulartriangles. Absolutely nothing about this order was good in any way. My daughter ordered pizza and bread sticks from Pizza Hut. While waiting on phone to order they hung up in her seven times.... Finally got thru and ordered. They said it would take 50 minutes to get and it was over an hour. So she called back and theysaid her order was messed up and they had to remake it. They also told us it would?ve very hot, right out of the oven. Well theoven must have broke because when we got our order it was all COLD. I was waiting at in line for the pick-up window and the customer at the window wouldn't drive around to wait for their food to... be ready so they were making everyone else in the line wait for someone else's food; the line was at least 10 cars deep. A fewemployees came out of the back door going to different cars to ask for the person's name and would retrieved the order so theycould leave. It was really nice and helpful, It wasn't their fault that the other customer was a jerk and the employees wereable to find a way to help the other customers. Read more
I have been back-and-forth on Pizza Hut my whole life, but the Pizza Hut here in Henderson is not bad. The pizzas always hot, it... seems pretty fresh so you can?t be mad about that. And it has that classic Pizza Hut taste, that is like every other Pizza Hutaround. As a kid it was always a treat to go to Pizza Hut, but as pizza changes and places become more boutique sometimes youfind yourself back at the original. We got the pepperoni lovers pizza, add some pepper?s so you can?t be mad about that. It camewith the breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks. I don?t know about you but I love cheese sticks everywhere I go, except for when I goto Pizza Hut they?re plain breadstick is one of the best. We also got some hot wings, with the extra hot and they were prettyspicy so I?m not mad about that. They have a great app that makes the ordering easy and the wait time is always pretty low.
