?? ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE!!!!?? ??THEY SERVED US RAW CHICKEN!!!!?? I am warning you for your own safety as well about them... in general. It seems as if the staff don't know what they're even doing 90% of the time which is backed up by the fact thatthey never get the order right even in store and when they do it's undercooked. We came in because they messed up our order andgave us the wrong food, only to wait 20 minutes cause all but two members of staff were held up in the back in a screamingmatch. I've had some issues being able to send feedback directly to this location so I can only hope the higher ups will see this... review. Popeyes on green st in Henderson Ky has gone way down hill. I do know they have had a change in management at thislocation and maybe thats the issue along with skill vs will and I would like to think they wouldn't put anyone in this generalmanagement position if they didn't have the skill so clearly its will. The previous G.M was very hands on so maybe she wasn'tdoing what she was suppose to in other areas but everytime I was in this location I have seen her doing everything from takingorders to doing dishes to dropping chicken, this new fellow everytime I've been in this location lately hes either walkingaround doing nothing, on the phone, or no where to be found and in a business like this there is always something to be done ordoing. Someone should also inform him on the rules and regulations and procedures when dealing with chicken you definitely CANTre-use batter from the day before that has to be made fresh everyday. Got the #5 meal with shrimp and 2 chicken strips. Shrimp was dry and hard (overcooked) strips were small...more like nuggets.... Not worth the price!!!! Great service, food was less than expected. Read more
Id give 0 stars if possible. The food is tasteless. The staff is usually ok. Terrible wait times. I am the current cook at this... Popeyes. Please do not eat here. The current General Manager Kipling Shears said it is ok to put expired chicken back in ourfridge to cook with. Read more
Maybe it was just today, but the chicken just was not as fresh as it usually is. The mac & cheese was a little aged, you can see... from the picture. Was not their best showing. Normally with fast food restaurants you can expect the same thing and everyone ofthem, and sometimes you catch them when the food is fresh and sometimes you don?t. Just so happens I went When the food was justnot where it should?ve been. It?s not gonna stop me from going back to Popeyes, it?s not gonna stop me from ordering the mac &cheese again. Loved it my food was really good!! They was busy, but of course they just opened like 9 days ago plus we was there during... lunchtime, but the wait wasn't too bad and they did a very good job an the employees were very nice. Definitely be back!! Read more
