I?ve been to plenty of subway locations including this one and they?ve always given military discount. I?ve been going to this... location because I work 5 min away and the last 5 times I?ve been there, they had given me my military discount. Well, nottoday. They decided they don?t offer it anymore. I mean what can you say, subway is about the same every where you go. The service in Henderson at the locations that we visit is... always quick. The food is the exact same every time, so they?re obviously doing it right. So if you?re looking for a sandwichand you?ve ever had subway before you?re going to get exactly what you?re expecting. Or if you?ve never had subway, which I?mnot sure who out there has not, then stop by and get you a sandwich. Read more
Always go in to order your food, never drive thru. Tried this once; ordered steak and cheese... didn?t even put my cheese on... there. When I asked for pepper jack. They got done with my sandwich unbelievably fast. As soon as I pulled up to the window andpaid with my card it was done. I knew something was wrong, but was waiting a couple hours to eat for dinner. But for a $10sandwich I got bread, lettuce and very very little steak. And trust me this ain?t my first rodeo I eat subway ATLEAST once aweek. And I never do reviews for anything, but they deserved this one. Here I am got to find something else to eat to evencontrol my hunger. Read more
Stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat on the way back home from taking our grandson home so we decided to stop by this... particular Subway and as usual STAFF was VERY FRIENDLY acknowledged us the moment we walked in the door which doesn't happenvery often ordered our food and noticed that when the young man was making my wife's sandwich he had put Chipotle sauce on itinstead of BBQ sauce and he had realized it before we did and had apologized for his mistake and promptly started to remake mywife's sandwich the only reason that we didn't give 5 stars was #1 the cup lids and straws are right next to the register whichwe didn't notice until we went to get our drinks which the restaurant is kind of small compared to some of the other Subways wehave been to and #2 were not really sure if the heat was broke or just not turned on but it was VERY cold inside while we satand ate our sandwiches and heard a couple of other people complain to each other about it being cold in there as well but wewon't let that little inconvenience stop us from stopping in again the next time we're in town Read more
I would rate 0 stars, but cant do that. Drive thru window is WAY to slow. Why does it take more than 20 minutes to make a... sandwich and serve it at the drive thru window?? Screwed up our order, they never made it!! Staff was not working together asa team. When the window tenant asked if there was an order up for us the other team members ignored him. Lack of training,customer service skills are seriously lacking. When is it ok to cuss in front of the customer?? Never..... Needless to say wewill not be returning there again for any reason, we will take our money elsewhere. Read more
Subway has really improved their menu. Much better.
