I've been coming here for about 50 years. To get the best out of your eating experience, I would suggest that you ask for your... BBQ "chipped." To simply ask for BBQ will result in a rather so-so sandwich. When it's "chipped," the juice will absorb everymorsel of meat like a sponge; this is especially the case with mutton. When you ask for it "chipped," you will get a sandwichwith a lot of BBQ juice that will enhance the flavor enormously. (And this rule should be applied wherever mutton is sold in aBBQ restaurant.) It will probably be impossible to eat such a sloppy concoction with your hands, but you can try. Better,though, ask for a plastic knife and fork. While the BBQ is good, the brown-sugared BBQ beans sold here is the dish that hasmade this place's name in the world of BBQ. Read more
Ordered a 2 bbq sandwiches. It was very dry and not very much meat in it and no bbq. They said sause was on bottom but it... wasn't or had no taste. Read more
We love the mutton and pork. But bar none they have the best baked beans.
They have the best beans you can get, the bbq is good but if you never had their beans you really should.
Great, friendly people but the food could be better. The meat is a little over cooked. There's no real bbq sauce. The watery... sauce that they have tastes like apple cider vinegar. It really irritated my teeth but I'm sure they tried their best. They'rereally good people. Read more

I would give this place a second chance if I would be around Henderson and wanting some BBQ. The sauce is very runny however and... I enjoy much thicker sauces. It doesn't have much spice to it. I got the sampler plate and their beans. The beans are the bestpart and their most popular seller. If you like baked beans then you will enjoy those here! The pulled pork was okay, but Ienjoy thicker sauce personally. But if you like BBQ and supporting local people then this is a great little food spot that ishidden in Henderson. Was in Hendo a couple of times in last month and ate there each time. This has always been my BBQ go to in Hendo. I think they... are boiling the ribs before cooking them, they had no flavor at all. Neither of the people I ate with either time finishedtheir food and had a similar assessment. Something has changed there, not going back. Read more
