Wendy's on Green Street in Henderson Kentucky. I will not go back waited for person to greet me or even say may I take your... order hello are you all open today I said. No response. Then when I got up to the window. She replied oh I didn't know you werestill in the Drive-Thru I thought you had drove off. She didn't have no problem hearing all the other people who were in linebehind me in the Drive-Thru just rude. I repeated my order three times she said she heard me and it was still wrong and shegave me cold baconator fries that were soggy. No telling how long they had been sitting, and a burger that had everything on itwhen I ordered a plain burger at the window face to face with a blonde cashier. I guess this is the future of fast foodservice. I'm feeling more motivated to stay home and cook these days! We pulled up to order right behind another car and the sign was still lit up so we waited for someone to take our order but no... one ever came on to tell us they were closing. So we drove around to the window to see them cleaning. RUDE! Not the first timethis has happened there! Read more

4/10/22 ordered carryout online. 2 medium fries, 2 daves singles, apple pecan salad and the new honey grilled chicken sandwich.... Picked up on my way to work. Get to work, chicken sandwich is old and dry with NO cheese OR hot honey. I received a grilledchicken on a bun with bacon and fried pickles. Fries are both half full, cold and old. Loooked in the salad bag before i left tofind NO pecans, NO dressing. Told the boy at the counter with the afro im missing the dressing and pecans. He goes in the backand comes back up puts the dressing in the bag. Get to work and i have an apple pecan chicken salad with AVOCADO green dressing.Unreal. Big waste of money. Never again. Read more
