I ordered the smokehouse brisket combo meal, the brisket meat was half off the bun, and hanging out of the food container, it... was dry like it had been sitting out for hours, the curly fries were small pieces not enough to be able to hold and dip into thesauce unless I wanted to do my fingers too. Yes it was very late and the drive-thru was opened but I do not drive a car currently so when I went there to have my items... packaged one included a milkshake and the way the woman packed it was absolutely deplorable it fell all over the place I had totake a bus it's spilled all over the bus she did not take care to secure it properly and her and the other stuff just got allwet and sloppy her manager bill is the one who was very kind I remember him very well but she really didn't do a very good job Ididn't get her name however she should be more careful in the future if you think that need to be packed and with more care it'sif the people know that they knew that I was going back home on a bus I believe that was what I had let the manager Bill know atthis point it's very important that they know what they're doing over there it was just a very slap slap sloppy job stopdropping job and she should have been more alert when packing everything up especially with item such as a milkshake she shouldhave secured it as fat much as possible but as much excuse the typos but it was really poorly executed and I'm not sure what hername was but I will let Bill know in the future because when I go there I never want that to happen to me again the lobby wasclosed at that point and I was and I literally had to go through the drive-thru and basically bill was very helpful as helpfulas he could be wonderful man wonderful manager thank you very much Nancy Read more

Super rushed order, out of the orange shake. I ordered the 2for6 and a md chocolate shake and ended up paying about $14.5. I waited in the front for 10 minutes to let them know I had a pickup order. Food was sitting there made but not bagged up. I... then watched as the night manager came from the back with her shirt half up while she scratched her stomach which she stoppeddoing as soon as she saw me. The worst part is she then began to bag orders without so much as sanitizing her hands. She alsotried to give me the order without the curly fries and when I asked for them she got all huffy and dropped them in the fryerwhile I waited even longer, then locked the lobby doors behind me. Health department needs to pay them a visit at night around10pm. It wasn't for me but I did let the person it was for know and they hopefully threw it away. They seemed as disgusted as Iwas. My wife would always grudgingly go to Arby's but now it's one of her favorites. First off, the food looks like what they show... on TV or in pictures. 2nd its always delicious every time. The inside is always clean and the staff is friendly. Only oneproblem, the shake machine was down and I couldn't get an Orange Cream shake.
