Now trust me if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Came in with a party of 6, and we were seated and then ignored for 45... mins. It seemed like we were the only family of color in the establishment, and we just so happened to be the only ones notwaited on. Many other CAUCASIAN parties that came in after us were severed and acknowledged right away. Whenever we askedquestions or voiced concerns we were quickly brushed off. This restaurant, if that's what u want to call it, is run by a bunchof inexperienced lazy teenagers that stand around and talk. We soon left and tried to get a refund for the online ordering whichis absolutely horrendous, it glitches, and barley works. When getting a refund the teenagers working the front desk thought itwas funny that we weren?t served, and insinuated that it was because we were the only people of color in the restaurant. Now afew days later after still not getting a refund on our orders, I had a fraudulent charge of $40 listed under Buffalo Wild Wings.-1000/10 Do not recommend. Come at ur own risk. Read more
Have had too many bad interactions at this location. I literally quit tipping here because you should expect to have poor... service. Waited over an hour for my food and it still wasnt ready. Edit: food is cold too lol. On another note, I always ordertakeout and I tip, but your team is too busy hanging out in front of the kitchen entry. Its like a literal party for theworkers. Ever since the remodel, the servers are the absolute worst. They?re so lazy, never check up on you. They?ll walk by your table... several times before taking your order. Our food is almost always wrong. They?re constantly on their phones or justlolligagging. They try to make you order on the website that never works. Do not come here if you want a good experience. I ordered 2 flavors of wings. Both were combined in one plate with no divider and the Fries looked like the were loaded in the... plate first. The Sauces ran all together and my Fries were smothered and inedible. Not happy with the food at all. Normally inthe past it is packaged better. Wasted $40... I called the restaurant and spoke to Alex(General Manager?) Wings are good, I like them extra crispy, which they will do if you ask for it. They have a great selection of sauces and... rubs, the teriyaki is very flavorful. If you like it spicy, Asian zing is good. The regular hot is not that hot and theirhottest, Carolina Reaper is a little to hot, wish they had something in the middle. Their new tenders are a pretty flavourful,though they have a little too much breading but if you like extra crispy fried chicken then they'll be perfect for you and youget your choice about the sauces for them. So I went with my sister on her birthday in remembrance of her andour food server was absolutely horrible. Her name is Trisha and we told her about my grandma?s passing and she just shrugged itoff and the service was just horrible I almost thought she was racist.
