I was visiting the area from Pennsylvania. A friend I was visiting suggested we go here for lunch after I arrived. I noticed it... was extremely busy when we got to the cafe, but I definitely understand why. It appeared the shift manager was at the front oftheir assembly line getting orders started. He flawlessly led his team with grace, positivity and without error. It honestlyappears to be a fast-paced and at times high pressure environment but he and his team were incredible. And then comes the food?it was spectacular. It was so incredible, I had to stop here for dinner on my last night. Please bring these to the East Coast! Read more
