The staff was great and eager to help me. I made the mistake of forgetting to order another sandwich and he stopped making the... other sandwiches just to take my order again. This meant that he had to even take his latex gloves to do this. Superstar in mybook with great customer service. I wish I had got his name. Read more
Ok Sandwiches, just order 2 hours ahead so you only have to wait 30 min in the empty store. Ridiculous

It's been a while since I've been to a Capriottis. First time at this location. Ordered a cheese steak with mushroom and onion.... The bread is different. Maybe a change in their supplier.
