It's been a while since I've been to a Capriottis. First time at this location. Ordered a cheese steak with mushroom and onion.... The bread is different. Maybe a change in their supplier. Definitely not as good tasting bread as before. All aspects just fair,meh. Ate it all, nothing to rave over, yet not horrible enough to not eat or c complain. Read more

The staff was great and eager to help me. I made the mistake of forgetting to order another sandwich and he stopped making the... other sandwiches just to take my order again. This meant that he had to even take his latex gloves to do this. Superstar in mybook with great customer service. I wish I had got his name. Read more

Ok Sandwiches, just order 2 hours ahead so you only have to wait 30 min in the empty store. Ridiculous

I wouldn't eat here if it was free. I witnessed the general manager Stephanie pick her nose and then begin to fry cheesesteak.... This establishment is FILTHY and needs a visit from the health department. FLIES everywhere!!! Read more

In person orders will be made before online orders. Waited an hour and a half for two sandwiches even after multiple people... cancelled their orders ahead of us. Also the floor is dirtier than your local tire shop. Read more

????WOW!! HOW HORRIBLE & DISAPPOINTING! Lowest level of customer services at the Horizon Drive location.???? We ordered and our... order was completely wrong. We called and told them, they said that we will give you credit on the subs ordered. We trashed thewrongly done subs and WE decided today to pick up our credit subs. ????WOW! What a mistake! Counter boy was verbally combative,telling us.
