Love Carl's burgers, they are pretty consistent all over the country, this location seems to be a little bit better than others... in terms of customer service and quality of the food. The place is always clean, plenty of parking as it shares lot with manyother retail establishments. The drive thru is usually pretty fast. Tried the primal Angus burger today, was very good andsuper filling, I was barely able to finish the sandwich in her large fry. Read more
Only one soda machine working & of course it was the one with diet & not what we wanted. Took 20min to get our food. Our order... was wrong. We asked for honey mustard, the girl goes to get it, comes back & says they don't have any. The staff was great! Theywere very friendly & if this was based solely on my interaction with the staff, 5 stars. However, so many other issues.Including a truck parked sideways preventing me from parking in the closer handicap parking space. Made it very inconvenient forme & my dad who has Parkinson's. Consistently slow drive through. Prices listed are not the prices they'll give you. Ordered "3 Piece Chicken Strips" and got the... saddest things I've ever seen. I've seen nuggets bigger than this. Fries container also not even filled. Read more
This yummy prime chedder sandwich was given to me with another one that looked the same way. 7.49 $ O and I ordered 2 three... piece chicken fingers too that also had some nice pink in them. I was so impressed when I walk into this location. Patricia customer service was outstanding. She greeted with a big smile... ????and a welcoming voice as soon as I entry the store. The surrounding was extremely clean and it smell really good. I only hadchange but didn't want to pay for my meal with coins but Patricia consisted any money is welcome. That warm me.???? Stopped in while on a trip with 20 + people. The staff was awesome! And asked ...give us the challenge, when we all walked in... at the same time. They quickly served us and even bought a birthday candle and balloon for me. It just happened to be my bday. Lol.. everyone in the restaurant sang. Very nice staff, excellent service ????. Read more
