Didn't have to wait long to be seated butbi wish I was seated in a different servers area. The server was the best of the worst.... 15 minutes to get a drink order than another 15 minutes to get the drinks. We ordered a drink from the bar it took 30 minutes, Ihad to ask another sever to go get the drink. We saw a our waitress a total of three times. She walked past us looked at us butcompletely ignored us. She didn't refill the drinks I had to ask somebody else to refill the drinks had to ask someone else forcondiments. The food came out cold. Terrible!! The waiter was getting pushed all the customers while the hostess only job was packing more on him. Plus they have a... robot to help him bring food out and you have to pay with a machine. The poor waiter was so so busy While hostess was not. Thefood was good the waiter was good but I never got a napkin from anyone. I haven't been to a Chile's in years. I don't usually sit down at chain restaurants because I have a specialized diet and my... wife is vegan, so it's hard to find places to eat sometimes. I had a chicken Caesar salad and she had a black bean burger. Theyoriginally brought out a regular burger, but the server was really nice, and they fixed it quick. The food was good, and theyhave these cool little tablet things on the tables that you can play games on, etc, and it shows your bill at the end of themeal, and you can pay right there, it even allows you to split the check multiple ways. I'm giving the Henderson Chili's a two just because the waitress was very good. It's NOT her fault the food is lousy. They have... changed this menue twice in the past few month. We had ordered "Crispy Chicken" but was to come in the Original. Orignal wsn'ton the menue plus the price was way over priced for how the food tasted and what we thought we were getting. A few weeks ago,the menue said $10.99 for choice of beverage, salad and entree. It now reads $10.99 for choice of beverage and salad and entreeis an extra $4.99. Are you kidding me! So when does anyone pay $10,99 for a beverage and salad. The salad was old, and thechicken was tough as well as the Frys. Extremely dissapointed. We will have to find another "Go To " place. To top it off, wehad GC and we paid for this lousy food with them. Chili's is going down in Henderson. That poor waitress was so sweet. It waslike she knew everything we said was correct. We even talked with the manager and the manager basically said to talk withcooperate w/no apology and maybe a discount or an offer of a dessert. Oh by the way, dessert used to go with it to.
