Your hours are NOT 24 HOURS: I just drove through there at 4am after work and the "system is down and cannot take any orders... right now" ?? If your drive thru is closed, block it off with cones or something. Don't let customers drive up to the speakermaking them think they'll get to order food just to upset them by telling them NO. When you go drive through and they completely f*ck up your order... Was given diet soda at firstz I ordered sprite over the.l... speaker so not sure how you mistake those two?? Easy fix though! Ordered the 2 grilled chicken tacos combo no lettuce and itcame crispy with lettuce sooo that sucks. Then ordered a del combo burrito with extra red sauce-- that was marked no red sauceon the receipt! Now, thankfully the drive thru attended gave me a side of red sauce because I noticed that before I pulled away.So kudos to him! He was great! But really?! Of course i don't notice anything else til I'm home. And at that point I'm not goingback so here I am eating what I DIDN'T order. Literally never coming back to this location. I grew up with Del Taco in Southern California. Happy there's one not far from me. I always go with their bean & cheese... burritos, but it tastes so much better when you order it with less beans, extra cheese, & extra red sauce! Their medium sauce"Del Scorcho" is my family's favorite, always fighting for the little packages to add to our food. I've just learned you canactually order these hot sauce packages online! Awesome! This is the best fast-food restaurant in the Severn Hills area! Always fresh and not expensive food. The menu is very diverse.... All the dishes are tasty! Very friendly staff and a cool atmosphere inside. I love to have lunch or dinner there! Crispy taco????!!! Read more
I?m as so freaking happy to see this awesome vegan option on the menu! I saw the sign a mile away had to swing by and try one.... Good job adapting to your consumer Del Taco! Also the taco was delicious and very very filling I couldn?t finish mine. Neverthought I would say such a thing about a taco but they had a bit too much Beyond Meat inside them since it?s so rich.Overall.......Spectacular!! Thank you Del Taco for this option. Read more
Went for the tamales. I wish the had them year round. Just when I start enjoying them they quit carrying them. So sad.
