Horrible... practically no cheese or sauce what so ever.. it was ice cold, looked very old and dry. Tasted the same. ordered... delivery on line, so it would text updates. From the time the driver left the store and got to my home was 39 minutes.. I'd loveto know how or why considering I live less than 5 minutes from the store.. will NEVER order from here again. Extremely long wait time for delivery, order pizza and 1 hour later it is updated on their site as "in the oven", after that... another hour passes by before the pizza arrives sometimes longer. Multiple time i have had horrible experience with thislocation. Just the other day i received the wrong order, tried to escalate all they could do was give me a free pizza.Apparently if you tip online when you order your pizza, the workers can see your tip amount and if it is a bad tip like a dollarthey just move your order to the back of the line. Food arrived not even hot nor did it look dresh, i put in for a report on the app but the solutions weren't good enough. I don't... want free or a discount just to get the same results. I called the store and the person who answered was not helpful andquestioned me in a condescending tone. Yes i know y'all use heat racks. I don't usually write reviews but my most recent order was utterly disappointing. Delivery took an hour and a half and by the... time it arrived everything was lukewarm at best. My large was a medium. No garlic taste. I live very close to there and it'sridiculous it took so long. Nothing gets me more upset than bad service and poor excuses. Let me say, my food was ready on time, but the curbside took over... ten minutes time get me my food and only because I stopped the person bringing food to another vehicle. I asked them what wasthe problem and they responded that they were backed up. Really, 10+ minutes backed up? Poor excuse. Real simple, if youcannot handle a service, just let the customer know, but don't ever leave a customer waiting and then hand them over pizza thathas already cooled down. Inexcusable! I don't blame the workers, I blame the leadership. Read more
