Went there around 9 am 11/10/22 I ordered 2 dozen donuts and a girl around the back of counter loudly said "OH MY GOD! WHO... ORDERED 2 DOZEN DONUTS!?" They came to the counter and said they need to refund the donuts. We asked for atleast 1 dozen and ifthey can make more and we'll wait. The lady said the lines are too long, there was 3 people there, and 5 workers. They weredramatic and was not trying to be rude. It was like pulling teeth trying to give them business. Read more
EDIT: 11-10 9am and they're almost out of donuts? They close at 7 and a donut shop is out of donuts and not sure if they're... making more. Lol Food is ok at best and everybody is wearing their pajamas. I like not having to talk to people and I thinkthey do too cause their customer service here is absolute garbage. Read more
Interesting that this location will be going cashless starting 10/1/22. They already freed up help by installing self help... kiosks. They still had an issue getting a muffin and a donut in a timely manner. Read more
Bad bad & bad. Been here 3 different mornings and it's always: - Out of cream filled within the first hour - "We're done making... those for the day" (at 8am) - Kiosk lets you order stuff they're out of You can only ever get the donuts no one else wantsbecause they refuse to restock the popular donuts. So no need to waste time here. Read more
