Only had white or wheat bread. App did not reflect this so I placed an order then got called when it should have been ready that... they didn?t have bread. App was confusing. Didn?t get acknowledged for 20 minutes when we walked in. Staff helped everyone elseand ignored us waiting at the pick up line. Order was not correct when recieved and staff was rude when trying to handle it. Friendly service, clean restaurant, and the food is prepared well. What more can I ask for in a sandwich shop? There's even a... Port-O-Subs closer to my house, but I visit this one instead because of the superior quality. I was told this is a corporateowned location whereas the one near me is franchise owned. Update 10/17/22: We somehow went from being able to substitute meats for cheeses (which according totheir menu and pricing, meats are more expensive than cheese if you want to double up on one) to not being able to substitute atall.
