Eggsplorer) finally checked it out with my fam for brunch on a weekday and enjoyed it! Upon entering, we were greeted and seatedright away. Warm casual decor welcomed us with lots of wood, farmland murals, and a big model train that chugged around thewhole restaurant. Their huge menu offer eggs any way you want, pork chops, steak, crepes, waffles, burgers, salads, soups,mimosas and other boozy brunch drinks, plus more. Both of my kids were able to customize their (Mickey) Mouse Pancakes withchocolate chips and fruit while I savored my French Toast Carrot Cake with a delish apple compote and maple syrup. What on earth has happened to the food here at this place?? Eggs way undercooked for poached medium, patty was overcooked and... over seasoned, potatoes were hard and old. I don't want anything for free, not complaining or exaggerating. Server (Rachel)never once came and checked. Asked for regular sugar for coffee as my caddy had none, she took from other table and neverreplaced that one. So basically everyone takes short cuts in restaurant from cooks to servers. We went today and it was an amazing experience, they got every single detail checked from the... menu?s that looks like you are reading a news paper, (my son love the kids coloring menu) the decoration, my sons was so excitedwith the train that pass above us. The Service was on point very welcoming, friendly, attentive. Wonderful place for breakfast or lunch! Creative and delicious offerings that will blow your mind with an inability to DECIDE... what you want! Salsa, sauces, and seasonings are available for purchase from the little "General Store." Even with a lobby fullof people, the wait was under 15 minutes and your phone tells you when your table is ready. Several locations in the Vegas area!Can't wait to try something else next time!
