Placed an order online at about 1:50, they confirmed the order with a text reading that my food was being prepared , showed up... at 2:10 and turns out they shut down the grill and were closing up saying that they close at 2 but online it reads 3. So Ididn't get any food, no refund, out almost 30 bucks and just excuses of well idk you can try online to get your money back.Pathetic. Read more
Ehhh. I?m in the sign biz and should have trusted my gut when I took a hard look at the outside of this building. I ordered an... impossible burger and chocolate vegan shake. Service was ok. Speaker in drive thru barely works. Drive thru directional havebeen hit by cars multiple times + graffiti. Neon building signs look like the place almost went up in flames? a few times. Let?stalk about the food. Unfortunately dry, stale, weird mystery crispy things in the lettuce. I?ve ate a burger here once or twicebefore and it was good. This one must have been at least 2 days old and microwaved. Bun was hard as a rock. The vegan chocolatemilkshake feels like I might get diabetes from it and for $12 (more than the burger) not worth it. I know times are hard, butplease give your building and product a much needed facelift and QA overview. You have a great product. Just put some TLC intoit. $29 dollars for an old impossible patty lettuce pickles and mustard a fry and a $12 shake that was just ok. Disappointed :/ Read more

You guys had one job to make 2 burgers with NO PICKLE, if i was allergic i wouldve drowned in the ammount of pickles YOU GUYS... put in them! I'd give 0 stars if i could bt sadly 1 is as low as I can go! I wish I had the time in the moment to have checkedmy food when I was there. Staff is always nice. The store is clean. I always love looking at the pictures of the old R&B stars. It is a bit expensive. For... a large burger no bun with bacon and mushrooms added, it was over $11. Read more
Great burgers. Every time we come to Vegas we eat here. Breakfast all day. Regular size burgers to XXL.
Real nice staff and seriously heart stopping burger options. Banana shake was pretty decent too.
