Amazing Experience. The Subs were fire! ???????????? Energetic Music! Peaceful Atmosphere! Kids loved the food! Can not go... wrong here. Fast, friendly, top notch service! I got my drink from there really cool soda dispenser that has 100?s of optionsto choose from. When I gturned to the table the food was done and and the food was already at our table. What! ????I have notseen that ever! Great service! Not promising they bring your food to you, but someone went above and beyond. Lastly, thegeneral manager listened to our needs and presented an option that was perfect for our two families with 10 mouths to feed.Thank you for such a great experience. Read more

I loved Firehouse for years, but I can't come back here anymore. No reason I should spend 45 minutes to get a 2 sandwich to-go... order. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant to order and eat and all be done faster than the sandwiches here. This is thethird time I've been and it's always taken this long as this location. They take an absurdly long time that nobody has time forif you are just taking a lunch break. Make sure you don't have any plans if you stop here for lunch. Read more
Always provide great food and service. I went in today and they had been bombarded with online orders and delivery orders. They... gave me a heads up on the wait and I ordered anyways. Food came out much faster than expected and was delicious. On top of theservice the staff maintained a very friendly and kind attitude despite the increased workload and thanked everyone. Ordered online and my pick up time was 6:30pm. I walk in and there are three employees and two guest. Only 2 orders on the Rapid... Rescue rack, neither one is my order. The three guys (employees) were just back behind the counter talking, after a few mins heask what I was here for. I told him I was here to pick up a online order for 6:30pm he said okay it will be another 10min thencontinued his conversation with his co-workers. The guy was extremely rude! This is now the 3rd time that I received a sub this way!! This is supposed to be an Italian sub. Lettuce, Tomato and Olives!!!... Not only is the order messed up but it's not even appealing to look at!! I expect service like this at Subway not atFirehouse!!!
